DEPOSITS

If you are interested in a weaned baby and cannot pick up within a few days time, we require a deposit to hold. The price of the bird must be paid in full before or at pick up. 

If you are interested in an unweaned baby we require a deposit to hold until the baby is weaned and ready to go. We do not force wean and babies wean on their own terms so if you ask us a date, please know it is only an estimate. It is not set in stone. We like to monitor a bird’s eating for at least a week once it is weaned. At that time we will schedule a pick up date, time, and place. 

Deposits can vary by species and by length of time requested to hold, but generally are around 25-30%.

All deposits are non-refundable. We will only refund if there is an issue on our end where we can not uphold our end of the transaction.
